Refund policy

Return Shipping:

For orders within the USA, we provide a prepaid USPS return label for exchanges only.

For refunds to the original form of payment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 for the refund to reflect in your account.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.


Refund Amount:

Refund amounts will include the cost of the returned item(s) only.  Shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Cancellation of Orders:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return following the guidelines mentioned above or have the unopened shipment returned to the sender, which is free for domestic orders.
